Matt Paschke, CFA

Matt is a Senior Analyst for The Leuthold Group, LLC, and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Grizzly Short Fund, the Leuthold Asset Allocation Fund, Leuthold Select Equities Fund, Leuthold Global Fund, and Leuthold Hedged Equity Fund. Matt contributes to the compilation of the Group Selection Scores, the Major Trend Index and the Vulnerability/Opportunity Index. He is responsible for back-testing the various components used as input for the quantitative investment methodologies, and a member of the investment strategy committee.

Matt began his career at Honeywell prior to joining The Leuthold Group in 2000. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Twin Cities Society of Securities Analysts and a member of the Market Technicians Association (MTA). He is an honors graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Finance and a minor in Math. Matt received an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
